I was actually thinking about a possible rule change to the falling catch dead play rule. It is flag but why not have a untouched player remain eligible to get back up and run it wouldn`t endanger anybody any, just thinking of something we can add to the league
and I don`t even play offense

unless the USFFA rulebook changes that rule, i doubt the league will.

Actually we implement local rule changes all the time, unrelated to whether the USFFA rule book changes. There`s always an opportunity to propose and vote on rule changes at our annual coach`s meeting.

No.

Rule 7, Section 4, Article 7, Item e - Face guarding A or B shall be pass interference. If by A, penalty is 10 yards and the down counts. If by B, first down for A at the spot of the foul, or if occurs in the end zone, first down on the 1 yard line.

Just about anyone in this league that has played in others, seem to think Carlton and Co. are about the best in the biz....accept, of course, DYELB.

If you have issues with calls. Talk respectfully to the refs after the game. If you don`t like their explanations of the calls, email the commissioner. Don`t go on a message board and think that complaining about a game is going to get you any respect.

It`s all starting to make sense now. A team with no leadership allows everyone and anyone to mouth off. for example. invisibleman. And then you have a teammate come out and say he doesn`t speak for everyone on your team. But he represents your team.

They are the next Spartans, mouthing off at the refs and they didn`t come back next season. Either that or #39 will have vag mouth closed for the sake of his team finishing the rest of the season and playing some more after.

Can`t talk shiet when we whoop on them again. Expect a pounding! Won`t even here a chirp when the score`s 49-0.
