I understand Outlaws should be in A because they won B last season. I don`t think United is sandbagging it. They are a B team and always was a B team. |

About the division they signed up for? Remember this has been an open league for a few seasons and they lost last year and did not play in A playoffs. Just b/c they won B in an open season does not mean they won`t be getting punished in A..thus diluting the A regular season. |
