Manny actually agreed to do the testing. Its all over money now. Floyd only wants to give him like 20 million, and Manny wants a 70/30 split in favor of the winner, but Floyd wont do it.

has been finding ways to back down from Manny all along and try to make it look like it`s not his fault the fight hasn`t happened. If he`s actually confident he`s going to win, let the winner take the bigger split.
