Historically, the Lions. I know they have had injuries to some of their studs. I have also heard a lot of the younger teams have tons of speed we just havent had time to appreciate yet... so the answer may have to come after the playoffs/the divisions getting mixed up/unless some veteran teams can comment on these guys. I mostly watch South, and the Bandito`s have one guy that is silly fast...#2 I think. Not a ton of speed in this division.

from watching/playing the reston south: banditos have a lot of speed across the board even with some of their linemen.

Yeah I watched United play this weekend. They are pretty slow. Slow and old with occasional lucky plays.
