I mean so damn old that they actually like the 8 a.m. games because a)they havent been drunk in years b)they dont have to talk to their wives in the morning c)it gets them home in time to take their laxatives.

Rhinos, Larry`s and Nova`s - 3 of the 4 semi-finalist in 2005. Lazy was the other team (and they have a couple of older dudes on the team as well).

Not bad for a bunch of guys who pull up in wheel-chairs and walk with canes.

Then again, most are probably married (with kids) and need a couple of hours of break on the weekend.

The few hours awy from the wife and kids is great, but it takes 4-5 days to recover from the beating from the 20 somethings out there. We are old and we are slow, but we are always in contention!!

Just remember, it`s "flag football", its a few hours of fun on the weekend, NOT a way of life. I love the trash talk, but if you are going to do it, PLEASE use proper English.

Don`t let the Larrys we are old and slow and can not keep up with the young guys routine fool you. They are a well-oiled (old and slow but well-oiled) flag football machine.

In fact, I would say we are the only team older and slower than the Larrys.

That reminds me.. I may not be able to make it to the game on Sunday. I got a prostate exam on Monday morning and the doc has got me loaded up on these stool softeners!!!
