to do with looking pretty. A lot of players roll their sleeves up so that the sleeves don`t get in the way when they`re blocking or throwing. This isn`t a problem normally with shoulder pads, but for players who have jerseys in flag football with no pads, the sleeves tend to be huge and in the way.
