That is a hard one.Each division has a good number one and two team, so it comes down to the rest of the division to answer this.Reston West has a VERY competitive division and most of the games are very close, but Fairfax South already has four teams in the playoffs.Reston East has two of the top five teams and Fairfax North has three teams fighting for the number one spot.You have to look at the "OTHER teams to decide the best division and personally , I think it is too close to call.
