Have the rules been changed for kickoffs? Last season (even last week), the receiving team lined up 20 yards from the spot of the kick. However, this past week at Mtn View, the referees required the receiving team to line up 35 yards from the kickoff. This turned out to be critical on a late game onside kick attempt. The playing rules state 20 yards, so I think the refs need to be corrected. Thanks Jed
